I ordered a birth flower print as a gift for a friend, but misunderstood the directions when customizing. After I had received the product to download, I realized my mistake and asked if seller could fix it. She responded almost immediately and sent out a new proof for me with the corrections. Excellent service and excellent experience. The end-product is beautiful!
