Binding Tips:
staple the edges
3 hole punch
Commercial planner whole punches (you can purchase at any craft store) This is great if your making more than a few.
Take it to your local printer or office supply shop and get it professionally bound, comb, wire-o, and spiral binding is the most popular
You can saddle stitch (staple) down the middle, like most coloring books are made.
You can sew with thread or yarn down the seam of your journal.

Suggested binding is 20-50 cut and sized pages per journal
