How to order:
1-Add a Birth Month for Person - This will determine the Flower. Numbering is very helpful and appreciated.
You can add a forget me not flower next to any flower you would like.
2-Add your Names. Names are placed from Left to Right. Add Up to 12 Names. The first name looks best.
SEPARATE each name with a comma, period, or dash. Examples are in the pictures above.
3-Include your Full phrase. This is in the larger script font.
4-Add your "blooming since" established date. Or N/A and I will remove the whole phrase.

*Please provide in the personalization text box. Illustrations are as is and can not be edited or recolored. Watermarks will be removed.
